From the minute I called and talked with Ashley, I knew I had made the right choice. She was understanding and helpful and went beyond to make sure I would be happy with their company and their work. She made sure that my roof was installed within 2 weeks of my initial contact with them. Also, the team of roofers were certain to make sure that everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. They were professional, mannerly, friendly and efficient. They scoured the entire work area and made certain that all the debris ( including every single piece of paper and nail) was disposed of properly before they left. I am so happy that I decided to choose Ashley to replace my roof. - We called for estimates and Ashley Roofing was the first to call back and make an appointment, they were also by far the most affordable. The entire process was very pleasant, from the appraiser who came to give us our quote to the crew that showed up and completed the job in one day. All the employees were extremely polite and professional. They did a great job on the roof and made sure that they left the yard exactly how it was. - I can't recommend Ashley Roofing & Siding enough. Our house was in serious need of siding. Jeremy was the gentleman who gave us the appraisal. He's professional, knowledgeable and honest. The price we were quoted was fair. The hardest part was choosing colors. Choosing this company based solely on online reviews was a bit scary since we've never seen any of their work firsthand. Not long after our color choice, the job was started. Josh, the gentleman who sided our house, was friendly, hardworking, meticulous, and took his time to ensure everything was perfect. He was here every day on time throughout the weeks. He even worked through the rain and blistering hot July sun. His work is truly and absolutely top-notch. If something didn't look or seem right, he made sure to address it. Our siding is not only beautiful, it's a work of art. There are no waves or deformations anywhere. Everything is level and uniform. From start to finish, the folks at Ashley Roofing took care of us. They answered every question we had and made sure we were happy. Stop looking for a company to do your roof or siding job. - I just want to give a shout out to Ashley Roofing and they're amazing crew. On a very hot day, they tackled our roof. The job was a complete tear off including Slate on the high sections of our house. During the tear off they ran into some additional work that needed their attention. The crew handled it with no problems by doing a quick material run for the extra materials needed. Way back when, in my youth, I've done a couple slate roofs which get very messy during tear offs. The crew did a GREAT job cleaning up, you would have never known my roof was done that day for how clean and neat everything was. - Ashley roofing and siding did an amazing job! They were very professional and curtious. Sean showed up when he said he would and gave me a free estimate on the cost of the job. I received other estimates and Ashey Roofing was more than fair with the price. Ashley roofing gave me 10 years of warrenty on the work they preformed and sold me a 50 year warrenty shingle that went on my home and shed. The day the work began, the crew showed up on time and ready to work they were very polite and respectfull! When the job was complete the crew cleaned up and Sean did a walk thru with me and made sure that everything we agreed upon was done to my satisfaction. - Ashley Roofing first caught my eye because of their many positive online reviews. Several roofers had given estimates already but none really stood out until we started interacting with Sean Smith, the owner of Ashley Roofing. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism, expertise and the quality product that we would be receiving for such a competitive estimate (architectural shingles by Owens Corning with a 50 year warranty). Additionally, our home is a cape cod with some ventilation issues and a roof that had been so poorly installed before we bought the house that it needed to be replaced after less than ten (10) years! Sean talked us through options that we were considering which helped us to move forward with confidence that his crew could do the job right. True to schedule, Ashley Roofing showed up on time and immediately went to work! The crew consisted of (6) men and Sean was on-site in the morning and late afternoon as the job was nearing completion. To see this crew work was amazing! On one of the hottest days in August, they never stopped moving except for a brief lunch break. And, beyond being hard-workers, they were so well choreographed and efficient that they drew a crowd! Some of our neighbors actually watched them from afar and later asked for their contact information! When we first met with Sean he told us that the job would be done in a day. For some contractors that may mean that they’ll do as much as they can in a day but no more than that. But with Ashley Roofing, when they say “one day,” what they mean is “we’ll work all day to get the job done no matter how long it takes.” For our roof that meant they started work at 8am and worked straight through until, at least, 7pm and when they were done with the roof they helped to put everything back where it was. Deck furniture, potted plants, gazebo, kids toys, etc., it was all put back before they were willing to call the job “done.” We are so thankful to Ashley Roofing for our beautiful new roof!
