Step 3: Either call us with your adjuster’s information or have your adjuster call us directly so that we can set up an appointment that works best for all parties. It is very important to make sure we are there to represent you during this appointment.
Step 4: Ashley Roofing & Siding can discuss the damages with your insurance adjuster to make sure that all affected areas are addressed, and part of the claim.
Step 5: The adjuster will give you documentation with what damages are covered. Share any documentation with Ashley Roofing & Siding so that we can verify that the damages have been fairly evaluated and reported accurately.
Step 6: Agree for us to perform the necessary work. Then just choose a date for the work to be completed, and we can discuss Shingle, Siding, Gutter, Color, Style, ECT.
Step 7: Your insurance company will give you an (actual cash value) check. This is the 1st insurance check. (May require endorsement by your Mortgage Company). This will serve as the deposit for us to perform the necessary work to be completed.
Step 8: After the work is completed, and you are completely satisfied. Ashley Roofing & Siding will send all the necessary documentation (certificate of completion) to your adjuster for them to release the 2nd insurance check (Withheld deprecation money).
Step 9: This will be the 2nd and final payment for the completed work.
Step 10: Enjoy your beautiful new Roof, Siding, Gutters, etc.
