We are GAF Certified Installers as well as Owens Corning Preferred Contractors We install the entire roofing System on every roof. This Includes: Drip Edge Ice and Water barrier, Underlayment, Shingles , Ridge Vent, Pipe Boots, Step Flashing , Counter Flashing and Chimney Flashing, Etc.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes we do - 50 Years NON-Prorated Labor and Materials on most Roofs.

What is your schedule?
We typically start projects within 2-4 weeks once the contract is agreed and signed. Depending on the complexity ,most jobs are completed within 1 day.
Do you get all permits?
We will acquire all permits that are needed for your job.
Do you have a contract?
We will provide you with a detailed contract that includes , the cost materials to be used and all work to be performed. It is signed once all parties agree.
What are the payment terms?
In most cases we do require a deposit. Full payment is due upon completion.
Do you remove the old roof?
We prefer to remove all old roofing materials on every job. This is the only way to insure that the entire roofing system is sound, and will last for years.
Do you clean up, and remove all debris?
We take great care in protecting your home and landscape during the roofing process. The property will be cleaned and all work materials removed at the completion of the job. We use roll-off dumpsters and will discuss a placement that works for you and us.
What if it rains?
We always remove and replace one facet of the roof before we proceed to the next section. There is always a chance of sudden weather. In this case we will protect the roof until we are able to continue the installation.
What if there are unforeseen problems?
If issues occur during the roofing process ( rotten wood, etc. ) we will discuss all potential options, and cost before we proceed.
